ジカウィルス
南米・中米で流行っている「ジカ熱」 このウィルスは妊娠中にかかると「小頭症」と呼ばれる先天性の疾患が報告されていてニュースになっています。日本でも患者さんが出た(2016年2月25日）、ということで、関心があるところだと思います。
ちなみにこのウィルスは「蚊」によって広がるのだそうです。

母乳を通して感染するリスクよりも母乳を飲むことの有益性のほうが上回る、とのことです。
授乳でウィルスが感染したという報告は今の時点ではないのだそうです。

Zika virus RNA has been detected in breast milk from
two mothers with confirmed Zika virus infection, but
no replicative virus was identified in cell culture [4].
The breast milk samples where Zika virus RNA was
found were collected at a time when the mothers were
RT-PCR positive for Zika virus in serum samples and
had clinical disease.
There are currently no documented reports of Zika
virus being transmitted to infants through breastfeeding.
